Planvera Advisory was founded after seeing the same pattern repeat across organizations for more than 20 years: companies investing heavily in FP&A software before clearly defining how their business should actually forecast, budget, and report. After leading FP&A, forecasting, and finance transformation initiatives across high-growth, healthcare, telecommunications, and multi-entity organizations, it became clear that most planning system implementations fail long before the software is ever configured.

Through extensive experience working with ERP and FP&A platforms, one issue consistently emerged: companies often focused on software features before understanding the operational drivers, data flows, ownership structures, and forecasting workflows required to support effective planning and decision-making.
